Here's one of Mack Johnson preparing to smash someone's skull...then probably eat it.

He looks WAY to 'happy'. And bald, Mack wasn't bald. he had the long biker ponytail hair shit and beard/stash. He was a very angry individual, this guy looks like somebody Mack would gut and then drag behind his motor cycle by his intestines. I do like the artwork though don't get me wrong, just not the representation.
Well I thought he had shaved his head at one point. And the only reason he's happy is because you're looking through the eyes of the guy who is very shortly about to be dead. So of course...Mack's gonna be happy about the fact that he's about to horribly kill and eat someone. (BTW, I think he looks meaner with the shaved head.)
Exactly...so if you don't like the drawing...you an photoshop it and do it your fucking self.
